There are many kinds of wiring for AC contactor from electrical ac contactor manufacturers, and their classification methods are different. According to the general classification method, there are approximately the following.

(1) According to the pole of main contacts, it can be divided into single-pole, double-pole, three-pole, four-pole and five-pole. Single pole contactor wiring is mainly used for the single-phase load, such as lighting load, spot welding, the motor energy consumption braking can also be used for the rotor circuit wiring; Double-pole contactor wound rotor asynchronous motor, starting for short circuited winding when starting contactor connection for triode; Three-phase load, such as motor control and other occasions, the use of the most widely used for lighting the main wiring; Four-pole contactor circuit three-phase four wire system, can also be used to control the double loop motor load; Five-pole AC contactor wiring used to form a self coupled compensating control starter or double cage motor, to transform winding connection.

(2) According to arc extinguishing medium, it can be divided into air type contactor wiring, vacuum contactor wiring and so on. Air insulated contactor connections are used for general loads, while vacuum insulated contactors are commonly used in coal mines, oil, chemical enterprises, and some special occasions.

(3) According to with or without contact, it can be divided into contact contactor wiring and contactless contactor wiring. The common contactor wiring is mostly contact contactor wiring, and contactless contactor wiring belongs to the application of electronic technology. Thyristor is generally used as the on-off component of the circuit. Because the trigger voltage required by the thyristor is very small, and the circuit is switched on and off, no spark is generated, so that the device can be used in high operating frequency equipment and flammable, explosive and noiseless occasions.
