Air circuit breaker is also called frame circuit breaker. It can turn on, load and break the current under normal circuit conditions. It can also turn on, load a certain time and break the current under the specified abnormal circuit conditions.

The operation of air circuit breaker depends on manual operation or electric closing. After the main contact is closed, the free tripping mechanism locks the main contact on the closing position. The coil of overcurrent tripper and the thermal element of thermal tripper are connected in series with the main circuit. Aluminum veneer is a new curtain wall material which uses high-quality aluminum alloy sheet as the base material and then is formed by numerical control bending technology and sprays decorative coating on the surface. The coil of the undervoltage release is parallel to the power supply. When the circuit is short-circuited or seriously overloaded, the armature of the over-current release closes and the free release mechanism acts, and the main contact disconnects the main circuit. When the circuit is overloaded, the heat element of the thermal release causes the bimetal sheet to bend and pushes the free release mechanism to move. Distribution tripper is used as remote control. Practice has proved that TRIZ theory can greatly accelerate the process of invention and get high quality innovative products. In normal operation, the coil is power-off, in need of distance control, press the start button to make the coil energized, the armature drives the free release mechanism action, so that the main contact is disconnected.

The air circuit breaker is a three-dimensional arrangement. The contact system and the left and right side plates of the instantaneous overcurrent tripper are all installed on an insulating board. The upper part is equipped with an arc extinguishing system. The operating mechanism can be installed in front or on the right side. It has "split" and "close" instructions and manual disconnection buttons. The upper left part is equipped with a shunt release, and the back is equipped with an undervoltage release connected with the tripping half shaft. The fast saturation current transformer or the current voltage converter are sleeved on the lower bus bar. The undervoltage delay device, thermal relay or semiconductor release can be mounted below. DW15-2000, 3200, 4000, 6300 ACB circuit breaker are three-dimensional layout form, composed of chassis, side plate, beam frame, each contact system is installed on the chassis, above the arc extinguishing chamber. The operating mechanism is connected to the right front of the circuit breaker through the main shaft and the contact system. The electric operating mechanism is connected to the lower part of the ACB circuit breaker by a square shaft, which is used as the energy storage or direct closing of the circuit breaker. The closing of the energy storage is undertaken by the energy release electromagnet. An anti rebound mechanism is installed on the left side plate to prevent the circuit breaker from bouncing when it breaks. Various over-current trippers are installed under the circuit breaker according to different requirements. Under-voltage, shunt tripper and electric operation control part are installed on the left side. Under-voltage and shunt tripper are connected with amplifier mechanism through the tripper to reduce the tripping force of the air circuit breaker. Twelve pairs of auxiliary contacts are used for connecting secondary circuits by users. On the panel there are signs "1", "0" and "energy storage" indicating the working position of circuit breakers, and buttons "1" and "0" for closing and switching. DW15-1000, 1600 circuit breakers with positive manual operation handle; DW15-2500, 4000 ACB circuit breaker with maintenance manual operation handle (can be removed).
