TXH Plastic Meter Box, intelligent anti-stealing electric meter box, according to the new demand for metering equipment from the national grid reform, the company invested heavily in a comprehensive technology upgrade, the transparent anti-theft electricity meter box of the latest research and development is compatible with the latest technical requirements of the electricity management department. Plastic Meter Box is made of transparent polycarbonate PC and ABS engineering plastic and other high-tech environmental protection materials, with the functions of high protection performance, anti-theft, rain-proof, UV-proof, electric safety protection, user separation control, data collection. Support functions of information remote management and others, the electric meter box is suitable for the installation of various types of electronic, mechanical, intelligent IC card prepaid, intelligent multi-charge meter.
This Plastic Meter Box adopts integrated design concept, makes various types of one to sixteen households energy meter and the entire metering circuit be packaged in the integrated closed box, not only takes up a small space, easy to install and manage. But also to prevent stealers touching metering devices, to prevent stealing behavior.
At present, the products of the Plastic Meter Box have covered the single-phase one-electric meter box, the two-electric meter box the four-electric meter box, the six-electric meter box, the eight-electric meter box, the nine-electric meter box, the twelve-electric meter box, the sixteen-electric meter box, three-phase power electric meter box, measuring CT box.
The box of this series Plastic Meter Box has beautiful shape, the proportion of symmetry, smooth lines, can be expediently, firmly installed on the concrete wall through reserved bolt holes on the back. Components in the box have compact structure, rational layout, clear smooth lines. The cover is interlocked with the cabinet by hooks, special screws and padlocks. Only the power management personnel can open it by the special screw spanner and key. Box cover is crystal clear, and with function of reading amplification, the power management personnel don't need to open the cover to directly see all kinds of anomalies in the box, so as to eliminate the hidden dangers of electricity in advance, to achieve management objectives of "safe electricity, prepaid mainly".

Scope of application

TXH Plastic Meter Box includes two parts: single-phase transparent meter box and three-phase transparent meter box. Suitable for power supply system of AC 50Hz or 60Hz, rated voltage to 220V, 380V, 690V, rated current of 10A ~ 225A, for measurement and control management of single-phase power and dynamic power.

Conditions of Use

● Ambient temperature of transparent meter box is -25℃~+80℃, and the average temperature does not exceed 35℃ in 24 hours.
● Transparent meter box need to keep the internal air clean, at 40℃, relative humidity does not exceed 80%, the lower the temperature allows a higher relative humidity.

Functional use

Direct-in three-phase meter box, you can install three-phase pre-paid electronic meter, electronic meter is suitable for the general three-phase meter users. The box adopts the up-down lock type structure, the design is novel, the modeling is artistic, the convenient installation and the maintenance, the product has the good transparency, the electrical insulation, flame retardant and fire resistance, the light weight, the volume is small, the impact resistance, anti-aging.

Installation and use

● When installing, please carefully check the integrity of transparent meter box parts.
● Transparent meter box should be installed vertically, the inclination angle should not exceed 5°.
● The mounting position should be chosen where there is no severe vibration, shock and corrosion of electrical components.
● The material used in the transparent meter box is not resistant to alkali, oxidizing acid amine, ketone, soluble in chlorinated hydrocarbons and aromatic solvent, so should avoid contacting with these chemicals or using together.
