Scope of Application

CJX2 Contactor (LC1) (AC/DC contactor, hereinafter referred to as contactor), mainly used for the circuit of AC 50Hz (or 60Hz), the voltage to 660V, the rated operating current to 95A in the utilization category of AC-3, 400V (380V), for the remote on and off circuit, frequent start and control AC motor, and combine with the appropriate thermal relay to form electromagnetic starter to protect the circuit may occur overload operation.

CJX2 Contactor (LC1) (AC/DC contactor) meets standards of IEC60947-4-1, GB14048.4.

Normal operating conditions and installation conditions

1. Ambient air temperature: -5℃~+40℃, the average does not exceed +35℃ within 24 hours.
2. Altitude: not more than 2000m.
3. Atmospheric conditions: the maximum temperature is +40℃, the relative humidity is not more than 50%; at lower temperatures can allow a higher relative humidity, for example, +20℃ up to 90%, special measures should be taken for condensation produced occasionally due to temperature changes.
4. Pollution level: 3.
5. Installation category: Ⅲ.
6. Installation conditions: The inclination of the installation surface and the vertical plane is not more than ±5°.
7. Shock Vibration: The product should be installed and used in the place without significant shaking, shock and vibration.
8. Installation method: Except for screw installation, but also 35mm standard card rail installation. AC operation 40-95 can installed in 35mm or 75mm card rail.

Structural features

1. The contactor for the protective type, the action structure for the direct action, the contact for the double breakpoint, with a small size, light weight, low power consumption, long life, safe and reliable;

2. the AC/DC contactor can compose mechanical reversible interlocking magnetic starter, star delta decompression starter, can also compose a variety of derivative products with auxiliary contact group, air delay head and so on according to the users.

3. It can use building block installation to add auxiliary contact group, air delay head (the delay range shown in Table 4), thermal relays and other accessories, combined into a variety of derivative products (see Table 3).

4. SR2 series surge suppressor with a significant function of surge suppression, and used with CJX2 series contact, can effectively protect the contactor to extend the service life. And can avoid interference from the surge pulse to the PC and other related electronic control system.

SR2-A for CJX2 series 09A ~ 32A AC/DC contactor, the specific specifications are:

5. The AC/DC contactor has a small size, light weight, low power consumption, high life, safe and reliable and so on.


6. The AC/DC contactor body has a pair of normally open or normally closed auxiliary contact in the 32A and below, a pair of normally open and normally closed auxiliary contact in the 40A and above. In addition, it can add F4 auxiliary contact group (two or four groups) or air delay head on the top, add a NCF1-11C on either side, their combinations (see Table 4 and Table 5).


7.Except for the screw installation, the contactor can also use 35mm (CJX2-09 ~ 95) and 75mm (CJX2-40 ~ 95) concave standard rail installation.

Installation and maintenance

1. Before installation, check the relevant technical data.
2. Installation, it should be installed in accordance with the conditions as prescribed, in line with people's visual habits.
3. The AC/DC contactor with metal mounting plate should properly ground .
4. Terminal screws should be tightened, after check the wiring is correct, in case of the charged main contact, first, it makes attracting coil power-on and on-off several times, after the test action is reliable, it can be put into use.
5. If there is abnormal noise when using, it may be dirt on the core pole surface, please wipe the surface.
6. In use, should regularly check the product components, requiring no moving parts of the jam, fasteners without loosening, if any parts are damaged, should be replaced.

Use the connection method

1. Three-phase contactor generally has eight points in total, three-input, three-output, and two control points. Output and input are the corresponding, it is easy to see. If you want to add self-locking, then you need to connect a line from the terminal of output to the control point.


2. First of all, should know the principle of AC/DC contactor. It adds to the coil by external power supply, to produce electromagnetic fields. Power-up and pull-in, contact points are cut-off after power-off. Know the principle, you should figure out the power supply contacts of additional power supplies, which is the two contacts of the coil, generally in the lower part of the contactor, and on the each side. The other input and output are generally in the upper, look to know. Also note what is the voltage of the additional power supplies (220V or 380V), which are generally marked. Also note that the contact point is normally closed or normally open. If there is self-locking control, just tidy up lines according to the original principle.


When the coil is energized, the static core produces electromagnetic force, to pull in the moving core, because the contact system is linked with the moving core, so the moving core drive three moving contacts running at the same time, contact closure, which connected power supply. When the coil power-off, the suction disappears, moving core linkage part is separated by the spring reaction force, so that the main contact is disconnected, cut off the power.
