SCOPE OF APPLICATION
TXCM1LE Molded Case Circuit Breaker (CM1LE MCCB switch) is one of the new breakers which have been designed and developed by the company using international advanced technology. Suitable for the circuits of AC 50Hz, rated voltage of 400V, rated current of 16A to 800A.
Its main function is to provide indirect contact protection for personal electric shock of fatal danger. Rated residual operating current does not exceed residual current operated circuit breaker of 0.03A when other protection measures are invalid, also can provide supplementary protection for direct contact, but not as the only direct contact protection. At the same time, CM1LE MCCB switch can also prevent electrical fire caused by the contact fault current. And CM1LE MCCB switch can protect overload and short circuit of the circuits, can also be used for infrequent conversion of the circuits.
The CM1LE MCCB switch has the small volume (equal to the volume of the corresponding molded case circuit breaker), high breaking, short arc arcing and residual operating current. At the same time, CM1LE MCCB switch can take alarm contact, shunt release, undervoltage release, auxiliary contact, turning handle operating mechanism, electric operation mechanism and other accessories. The wiring method has many ways: wiring in front of board, wiring on back of board, insertion type of the board and so on, is ideal product for users.
TXCM1LE MCCB (CM1LE MCCB switch) can be mounted vertically (upright) or horizontally (transverse).

NORMAL OPERATING CONDITIONS AND INSTALLATION CONDITIONS
■ Ambient air temperature
□ The upper limit of ambient air temperature is +40℃;
□ The lower limit of ambient air temperature is -5℃;
□ The average value of ambient air temperature within 24h does not exceed +35℃.
■ Altitude: The altitude of the installation site is not more than 2000m.
■ Pollution degree: 3.
■ Installation category: Ⅲ.
■ Atmospheric conditions: The air relative humidity in the highest temperature + 40℃ for not more than 50%; In the low temperature can have higher relative humidity. The maximum average relative humidity is 90%, while the average monthly minimum temperature is +20℃, and consider the temperature changes in product on the surface of the gel.
■ External magnetic field: The external magnetic field in the vicinity of the installation site does not exceed 5 times the geomagnetic field in any direction.

INVERSE TIME PROTECTION CHARACTERISTIC CURVE OF RESIDUAL CURRENT OPERATED CIRCUIT BREAKER
STRUCTURE AND WORKING PRINCIPLE
This series residual current operated circuit breakers are electronic residual current operated circuit breakers, mainly consists of the zero-sequence transformer, Electronic control leakage release and circuit breakers with overload and short circuit protection, all components are installed in a pair of plastic case.
When the circuits protected by the chip processing have leakage or personal electric shock, as long as the residual current reach to setting operating current value, the output signal of the secondary winding of the zero sequence transformer trigger SCR to conduct, and make residual current operated circuit breaker act by the leakage release,thereby cutting off the power supply to play the protective role in leakage and electric shock.
When the protected circuits have overload or short circuit, the thermal magnetic release complete the delay or instantaneous trip action to make the residual current operated circuit breaker act, thereby cutting off the power supply to play the protective role in overload and shout-circuit.
INTERNAL ACCESSORY OF RESIDUAL CURRENT OPERATED CIRCUIT BREAKERS
When the voltage drops (or even slow down) to the rated voltage range of 70% and 35%, undervoltage release should act; undervoltage release should prevent residual current operated circuit breaker closing when the power supply voltage is below the release voltage of 35%; When the supply voltage is equal to or greater than 85%, undervoltage release should ensure that the residual current operated circuit breaker can be closed. The rated value and code are shown in Table 7.
Note: Residual current operated circuit breakers equipped with undervoltage releases can be normally closing and opening when the undervoltage release at the rated voltage.

Residual current operated circuit breakers can be reliably disconnected at rated voltage of 70% to 110%. Rating and code (see Table 8)

Alarm contact
When residual current operated circuit breaker opens and closes normally, the alarm contact does not act, only after the free trip (or fault trip), alarm contact alarms, the contact changes the original position, is that normally open transfers closed, normally closed transfers open. When the circuit breaker buckles again, the alarm contact restore the original state.

Electric operating mechanism
When control voltage is in rated control voltage range of 85%-110%, the residual current operated circuit breaker can be making and breaking reliably. The rated value of the motor operated mechanism (see Table 10), the total height of the residual current operated circuit-breaker mounted with electric operating mechanism (see Table 11).

Precautions:
1, Leakage alarm module auxiliary contact capacity: AC230V 0.5A.
2, The product must be connected to the module power supply before closing.
3, After leakage alarm, no pressing product test button continuously.
4, After leakage alarm, please promptly remove the fault, and press the reset button to reset.
Selection principle:
When selecting the rated residual operating current value of the residual current operated circuit breaker, the possible normal leakage current value of the protected circuit or equipment should be taken into account. When necessary, the leakage current value of the protected circuit or equipment can be got by actual measurement. Selecting of the rated residual non-operating current of residual current operated circuit breakers, which should be not less than 2 times the maximum value of the normal leakage current of the electrical wiring and equipment. Residual current operated circuit-breakers with a rated residual operating current of 30 mA should be preferred when hand-held power tools, portable electrical appliances, household appliances, sockets, appliances for construction sites (rated current not less than 100 A) and other equipments have difficulty in ground connection. The residual current operated circuit-breaker with a rated residual operating current of 30 mA can be selected for single device. The residual current operated circuit-breaker with a rated residual operating current of 30 mA or more can be selected for the total protection of multiple devices (multi-branch). Residual current operated circuit-breakers with a rated residual operating current of 30 mA should be selected for electrical equipment installed in wet locations.
